Acting Financial Secretary of the HKSAR, Hon James Lau and Vice Minister of The Liaison Office of the Central People's Government in HKSAR, Dr TAN Tie-niu, are the Guests of Honour.

There was also the MOU Signing Ceremony, signing MOU with Macau University of Science and Technology and Indonesia Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong.
